how to grill?

I just got my "The New Grilling Book" from Conrad yesterday.
Found myself digging in right away, frantically flipping the pages for new dishes to try.

hmm.. South of the Border Potato Skins, Three way Chicken Wings, Garlicky Mushrooms.
Where to start and What to cook?

Disaster or Success. Finger licking goodness I hope :)
